MarineBasis-Nuuk has been conducting year-round monthly hydrographic water column measurements at the standard monitoring station (GF3) since october 2005. Water samples are collected using a Niskin bottle with manual closing system using a weight (messenger). Sampling depth is represented by length of sampling wire out measured using a meter-wheel (not calibrated by depth sensor). More information on the dataset can be found in: Juul-Pedersen et al.
